Preserving Visual Assets

Film, photographic prints and other printed images are valuable visual assets for corporations, photographers, artists, museums, archives, libraries and other organizations, institutions and individuals. These visual assets are vulnerable however. Fading, decomposition and catastrophes such as flooding or fire can cause permanent loss or, at best, deterioration. This is particularly true for images produced decades ago when materials and print technologies were not as advanced and archival life was limited. Color negatives, slides and prints from the 50’s to 70’s are the most affected by fading.

It is not just older images that should be preserved. Digital archiving of any important image, new or old, will ensure their preservation and easy accessibility for reproduction and viewing. We are experienced, equipped and ready to help you in this task and we will apply the highest standards of production and care for your originals.
