To ensure
production of your graphics without delays and extra costs, please follow our
guidelines below:
Photographic images
 |
Please set-up
your photographic images at least 150 ppi at final size. For very large
graphics viewed at a distance (murals, banners, etc) 100 -125 ppi will
suffice. Do not create images larger than 300 ppi at final size. It will
only create very large files without quality improvement benefits. |
 |
Photographic
images need to be in Adobe 98 RGB or Adobe sRGB. Do not set them up in CMYK. |
Fonts
 |
Please save
fonts as outlines or submit both printer and screen fonts. |
Spot Colors, Gradations,
Blends
 |
Please
provide a
Pantone Process Coated number for your spot colors. Do not use CMYK values. |
 |
Gradations
and blends should be created in Photoshop. |
 |
Do not use
Quark or Illustrator for this purpose as it might not correctly reproduce. |
Hard Copy
 |
Always
provide a hard copy so that we can check the layout, spelling, etc against
the actual output. |
Files
 |
We prefer files
created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. PDF and EPS files can also be
used but limit us in making changes if needed. |
 |
Photoshop and
Illustrator files: Please be aware that if you flatten layers we might not
be able to make corrections. |
 |
We can work with
files created in Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office programs but
have to convert them into PDF format. Depending on how the artwork was
created, enlarging such files may be limited. |
