You can send your files securely to our FTP site by following these simple steps:

1. Call us (281-332-3456) to obtain  a password and advise them that you will be sending one or several files.

2. Using your web browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc.) type the following address:  ftp://ogpl@www.onegreatphotolab.com or click on this link. When the dialogue box appears type in the password and log on.

Windows Explorer 6.0 : Sometimes the message "This page can not be displayed" appears. When this happens, click on the "refresh" button in the tool bar.

Windows Explorer 7.0 : After following the link our FTP directory page will appear. Click on the "page" button in the tool bar and then click on "open FTP site in Windows Explorer". When the log-on dialogue box appears type in the password and log on.

3. Create a folder with your name and date that contains the files you want to send. Drag and drop the folder into the FTP site.

For frequent FTP users: We recommend to use one of the FTP utility software programs instead of a browser. They are inexpensive, easy to use and work better. For PC users try WSFT Pro (www.wsftp.com) ,or Cute FTP (www.cuteftp.com) , and for Mac users try  Fetch (www.fetchsoftworks.com) .
